WAIVER OF LIABILITY: In consideration of your accepting this entry, I, the undersigned, intending to be legally bound, hereby for myself, my heirs, executors and administrators, waive and release any and all rights and claims for damages I may have against the BBQ on the River, the committee members, or the Kansas City Barbecue Society, their representatives, successors, and assigns, for any and all injuries suffered by me in this event. Further, I hereby grant full permission to the BBQ on the River Committee and/or agents authorized by them, to use any photographs, videotapes, motion pictures, recordings, and any other record of this event for any legitimate purpose.

**Dessert Entry - Anything and everything goes on this one!  Be as creative as you would like.  All dessert entries MUST be home-made on site.  Dessert entry fee is $25.00.  Money and ribbons will be paid for the Top 3.  Dessert turn-in time is 2:00pm Saturday afternoon.

Pasta Entry - You may choose the pasta of your choice at check-in.  Pasta is provided and sponsored by American Italian Pasta Company.  All pasta entries must fit into the designated container provided by BBQ On The River and FlyIn.  All pasta entries must be prepared on-site and pasta provided must be used.  Turn in for this category will be at 11:00am Saturday morning.  Other than the container, anything goes on this entry and is included in the entry fee.  Money and ribbons will be given to the top 3 places.
